Just a brief note to document my thanks.

The planning seminar you held recently was a perfect example of the value of SMI. The structure of the event walked us progressively through the steps towards a better year ahead.Your counselling and coaxing, drawn I'm sure from lessons with many students on numerous programmes, ensured that we stayed focussed and got ever closer to a clearer vision of where we want to be.

And the event was not exclusively special because of your own contribution. Being in the company of like-minded people is always positive and stimulating - why else would we attend your workshops at other times through the year?

For my own part, you took me from fuzzy thinking to positive planning. I know my next year will be good, and will be better because of the kick start you've given it.
