I write to express our appreciation for the series of 'Personal Productivity' workshops which you have facilitated on behalf of ECA in the Central South region.The seminars have proved both popular and informative and your style of delivery has made the subject matter all the more interesting.

Your workshops on planning, focussing on 'high pay-off' activities give practical examples where it is possible for everyone to work smarter rather than harder to achieve much more in a working day.
